Elizabeth Peterson, APRN

Elizabeth “Libby” Peterson grew up locally in Johns Creek. She received a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia, then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brenau University. She attended a graduate program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and she is NCC-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Libby has a passion for providing excellent, supportive care to women of all ages. She spent several years working in labor and delivery and joined Avant Gynecology in 2023.

In her free time, Libby loves to stay active, cook, and read. More than anything, she enjoys spending time with her loving family, including her husband, dog, and cat.
